Great Falls for human health care LLC, a duly registered company in the Hashemite Kingdom of ‎Jordan, holding national number (200191109) (“we”, “our”, “us”, Tadawa)‎ is dedicated to providing a platform for healthcare providers, we operate the websites located at [www.tadawa.com] and other products, services, and mobile applications with links to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), including without limitation [Tadawa] (collectively, the “Sites”, “Websites”, App, and/or Tadawa, unless otherwise specified). Users of the Sites are referred below as “Users”, “Members”, “you”, “your”, or “yours” as the case may be.

By accessing or using Tadawa, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use Tadawa.

Where visiting or using the App, your information will be processed by Tadawa for the purposes stated in the Tadawa Privacy Policy, and in accordance with the Tadawa Notice of Privacy Practices, where applicable and legally permissible.

  • “Service Providers” refers to the independent healthcare professionals, including but not limited to Healthcare Professionals and/or Coaches as defined in the Notice of Privacy Practice, doctors, dentists, nurses, medical consultants, laboratories, behavioral health coaching from coaches who do not provide professional or clinical services, as well as physical therapists, who use Tadawa.
  • "مقدمو الخدمة" تشير إلى متخصصي الرعاية الصحية المستقلين، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أخصائيو الرعاية الصحية و/أو المدربون كما هو محدد في إشعار ممارسة الخصوصية، والأطباء، وأطباء الأسنان، والممرضات، والاستشاريين الطبيين، والمختبرات، ومدربوا الصحة السلوكية الذين يقومون بذلك لا يقدمون خدمات متخصصة أو سريرية، بالإضافة إلى المعالجين الفيزيائيين الذين يستخدمون Tadawa.
  • “Tadawa Services” refer to the provided online telehealth services to our Users, allowing them to report their health history and to engage with the Service Providers to obtain medical and healthcare services. These services include Tadawa Services as mentioned in point (5) below.
  • "خدمات Tadawa" تشير إلى خدمات الرعاية الصحية عن بعد المقدمة لمستخدمينا عبر الإنترنت، مما يسمح لهم بالإبلاغ عن تاريخهم الصحي والتواصل مع مقدمي الخدمة للحصول على الخدمات الطبية وخدمات الرعاية الصحية. وتشمل هذه الخدمات خدمات Tadawa كما هو مذكور في النقطة (5) أدناه.
  • “Services” refer to the medical and healthcare-related services offered by the Service Providers through Tadawa, including but not limited to appointments, consultations, and any other services provided by Service Providers.
  • "الخدمات" تشير إلى الخدمات الطبية وخدمات الرعاية الصحية التي يقدمها مقدمو الخدمة من خلال Tadawa، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المواعيد والاستشارات وأي خدمات أخرى مقدمة من قبل مقدمو الخدمة.
  • “Personal and Medical Data” refer to any information provided by Users or collected by Tadawa, including but not limited to personal details, contact information, medical history, and other relevant data necessary for the provision of healthcare services.
  • "البيانات الشخصية والطبية" تشير إلى أي معلومات يقدمها المستخدمون أو يتم جمعها بواسطة Tadawa، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، التفاصيل الشخصية ومعلومات الاتصال والتاريخ الطبي والبيانات الأخرى ذات الصلة اللازمة لتوفير خدمات الرعاية الصحية.

By using Tadawa, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Notice of Practice. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Notice of Practice at any time. Continued use of Tadawa after changes to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Notice of Practice constitutes acceptance of those changes.

باستخدام Tadawa، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية وإشعار الممارسة. نحن نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية وإشعار الممارسة في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام Tadawa بعد إجراء التغييرات على الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية وإشعار الممارسة يعتبر قبولاً لهذه التغييرات.

In order to use the Services, you must create an account and agree to these Terms and Conditions. In order to create an account, you must be of the legal age to enter into a contract. If you are not legally able to enter into a contract, you must get your parents’ permission and ensure that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not have full legal capacity to perform legal acts, the User’s legal guardian, who creates the account on behalf of the User, acknowledges that he/she has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

لأجل استخدام خدمات Tadawa، يجب عليك التسجيل وقبول الشروط والأحكام. من أجل إنشاء الحساب، يجب أن تكون بالسن القانوني لإبرام العقد. إذا لم تكن مؤهل قانوناً لابرام العقد، فمن الضروري الحصول على إذن والديك والتأكد من أن تكون قد قرأت هذه الشروط والأحكام ووافقت عليها. إذا كان المستخدم لا يتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة للقيام بالتصرفات القانونية، فإن الشخص المسؤول عنه من الناحية القانونية والذي يقوم بإنشاء الحساب له يقر بأنه قرأ هذه الشروط والأحكام وافق عليها.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons.

  • Tadawa does not practice medicine or any other medical profession and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by Service Providers. Thus, each of Service Providers is responsible for his or her Services.

  • The Service Provider is prohibited from publishing or providing any medical services that fall outside its specified specialization. In the event of any such violations, the Service Provider shall be held solely responsible for any resulting consequence.
  • يحظر على مقدم الخدمة الإعلان عن أو تقديم أي خدمات طبية تقع خارج تخصصه المحدد. وفي حالة حدوث أي من هذه الانتهاكات، يتحمل مقدم الخدمة وحده المسؤولية عن أي نتيجة ناشئة عن ذلك.

6. خدمات Tadawa للمرضى

Tadawa may, but not obligated to, provide the following services through the Sites or Applications include but not limited to the following:

  1. Clinic Visit: Allows patients to book appointments with primary medicine, specialists and consultant doctors. This service is free as the patient pays at the doctor’s office.

6.1.        زيارة العيادة: تتيح للمرضى حجز مواعيد مع أطباء الطب العام والأخصائيين والأطباء الاستشاريين. هذه الخدمة مجانية حيث يقوم المريض بالدفع في عيادة الطبيب.

  1. Remote Visit: allows patients to video call or chat with the Service Providers. Service Providers are capable to enable or disable this feature for themselves without interference from Tadawa.

6.2. الزيارة عن بعد: تتيح للمرضى إجراء مكالمات فيديو أو الدردشة مع مقدمي الخدمة. يستطيع مقدمو الخدمة تمكين هذه الميزة أو تعطيلها بأنفسهم دون تدخل من Tadawa.

  1. Home visits: allows patients to request a home visit from doctors. Service Providers are capable to enable or disable this feature for themselves without interference from Tadawa.

6.3. الزيارات المنزلية: تتيح للمرضى طلب زيارة منزلية من قبل الأطباء. يستطيع مقدمو الخدمة تمكين هذه الميزة أو تعطيلها بأنفسهم دون تدخل من Tadawa.

  1. Urgent calls: allows patients to request an urgent call from doctors. This feature is for patients with an existing illness that requires extra attention in a case of worsening of this illness. Service Providers are capable to enable or disable this feature for themselves without interference from Tadawa.

6.4. المكالمات العاجلة: تتيح للمرضى طلب مكالمة عاجلة من الأطباء. هذه الميزة مخصصة للمرضى الذين يعانون من مرض موجود يتطلب عناية إضافية في حالة تفاقم هذا المرض. يستطيع مقدمو الخدمة تمكين هذه الميزة أو تعطيلها بأنفسهم دون تدخل من Tadawa.

  1. Treat me now: A family doctor shall be assigned to each patient 24/7. The patient can request to chat or video call with the family doctor at any time up to a certain limit of times per month or a week depending on the membership. This service is only available for Tadawa’s members. Extra Fees shall not be applied, unless Tadawa has decided otherwise, upon its own discretion.

6.5.        عالجني الآن: يتم تخصيص طبيب أسرة لكل مريض على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع. يمكن للمريض طلب الدردشة أو مكالمة الفيديو مع طبيب الأسرة في أي وقت حتى حد معين من المرات شهرياً أو أسبوعياً حسب فئة العضوية. هذه الخدمة متاحة فقط لأعضاء Tadawa. لن يتم فرض رسوم إضافية ما لم تقرر Tadawa خلاف ذلك وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص.

  1. Patient Records: The patient records shall be visible on the mobile application for both the User and the Service providers, which shall include the following:

  1. Medication reminders for the patient.

6.6.1.        تذكير بالدواء للمريض.

  1. Test results.

6.6.2.        نتائج الفحص.

  1. A yearly care plan tailored based on the patient’s health by the family doctor.

6.6.3.        خطة رعاية سنوية مصممة بناءً على الوضع الصحي للمريض المزود من قبل طبيب الأسرة.

  1. History of all visits and doctor’s notes.

6.6.4.        تاريخ جميع الزيارات وملاحظات الطبيب.

  1. Reminders for upcoming appointments.

6.6.5.        تذكير بالمواعيد القادمة.

  1. Notifications for requests sent by the doctors to schedule test and other referral appointments.

6.6.6.        إشعارات بالطلبات المرسلة من قبل الأطباء لتحديد مواعيد الفحوصات ومواعيد الإحالة الأخرى.

  1. Notifications for incoming messages and other services.

6.6.7.        إشعارات بالرسائل الواردة والخدمات الأخرى.

  1. Cooperating with insurance companies for remote visits to be covered by the insurance company, if available and as per the insurance policy. This feature shall be governed by the Tadawa’s internal policies which shall be showed to the User, on a case-by-case basis.

6.7.        التعاون مع شركات التأمين بخصوص الزيارات عن بعد التي ستغطيها شركة التأمين إن وُجدت ووفقا لوثيقة التأمين. تخضع هذه الميزة لسياسات Tadawa الداخلية التي ستظهر للمستخدم، لكل حالة على حدة.

Some services might be suspended or omitted from the Site and/or Application for all, some, or one of the Users upon its own discretion. The patient acknowledges and is aware that a doctor may request a Concilium or meeting for up to (5) doctors in regards ‎to a shared patient in complex cases, without obtaining a prior approval from the patient in this regard. ‎

قد يتم تعليق بعض الخدمات أو حذفها من الموقع و/أو التطبيق لجميع المستخدمين أو بعضهم أو أحدهم وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص. يقر المريض ويعلم أنه يجوز للطبيب طلب لجنة استشارية أو اجتماع لعدد يصل إلى (5) أطباء فيما يتعلق بمريض مشترك في الحالات المعقدة، دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من المريض في هذا الشأن.

Tadawa reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any Service at its sole discretion, based on factors such as technological advancements, changes in business strategy, or legal requirements. Tadawa also has the sole right to modify Service fees or impose fees for any free Service.

تحتفظ Tadawa بالحق في تعديل أو إضافة أو شطب أي خدمة وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص بناءً على عوامل مثل التقدم التكنولوجي أو التغييرات في استراتيجية العمل أو المتطلبات القانونية. تمتلك Tadawa أيضاً الحق الحصري بتعديل رسوم الخدمة أو فرض رسوم على أي خدمة مجانية.

  1. User’s Behavior

The User must adhere to acceptable standards of behavior within Tadawa. Harassment, fraud, and misuse of the platform are prohibited.

يجب على المستخدم الالتزام بمعايير السلوك المقبولة داخل Tadawa. يمنع التحرش والاحتيال وإساءة استخدام المنصة.

You agree to use the Apps and any service responsibly, and in a manner that is not: unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, harmful to minors, vulgar, gratuitously violent, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, invasive of another’s privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive, hateful or abusive. You also agree not to intentionally overuse any service, or use any service for medically inappropriate purposes.

أنت توافق على استخدام التطبيقات وأي خدمة بطريقة مسؤولة وبطريقة لا تنطوي على مخالفة القانون أو التهديد أو التحرش أو الإساءة أو التشهير أو الإفتراء أو القذف أو الإضرار بالقاصرين أو الابتذال أو العنف غير المبرر أو الفحش أو الإباحية أو عدم اللياقة أو البذائة أو انتهاك خصوصية شخص آخر أو العنصرية أو الاثنية أو تنطوي بخلاف ذلك على الإهانة أو البغضاء أو العنصرية. أنت توافق أيضاً على عدم الإفراط في استخدام أي خدمة بشكل متعمد أو استخدام أي خدمة لأغراض غير مناسبة طبياً.

Tadawa may not be used for illegal purposes.

لا يجوز استخدام Tadawa لأغراض غير قانونية.

You may not access our Sites, networks, computers, or the content and any services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them, or interfere with any other person’s use and enjoyment. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any content or services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected with Tadawa, the content, or services. You may not use any automated means (such as a scraper) to access Tadawa for any purpose. Such unauthorized access includes, but is not limited to, using another person’s login credentials to access Tadawa. Any attempt by any individual or entity to solicit login information of any other user to access any such account is an express and direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and of applicable law, including relevant privacy and security laws and laws prohibiting unfair or unethical business practices.

لا يجوز لك الوصول إلى مواقعنا أو شبكاتنا أو أجهزة الكمبيوتر أو المحتوى أو أي خدمات بأي طريقة قد تؤدي إلى إتلافها أو تعطيلها أو تحميلها فوق طاقتها أو إضعافها أو التدخل في استخدام أي شخص آخر أو تمتعه باستخدامها. لا يجوز لك محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي محتوى أو خدمات أو حسابات أخرى أو أنظمة كمبيوتر أو شبكات متصلة بـ Tadawa أو المحتوى أو الخدمات. لا يجوز لك استخدام أي وسيلة آلية (مثل أداة استخراج البيانات) للوصول إلى Tadawa لأي غرض من الأغراض. يشمل هذا الوصول غير المصرح به، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، استخدام بيانات اعتماد تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بشخص آخر للوصول إلى Tadawa. تعتبر أي محاولة من قبل أي فرد أو كيان للحصول على معلومات تسجيل الدخول لأي مستخدم آخر للوصول إلى أي حساب من هذا القبيل انتهاكاً صريحاً ومباشراً لهذه الشروط والأحكام والقانون المعمول به، بما في ذلك قوانين الخصوصية والأمن ذات الصلة والقوانين التي تحظر الممارسات التجارية غير العادلة أو غير الأخلاقية.

Tadawa does not make recommendations or endorsements.

We do not recommend or endorse any specific services, tests, doctors, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on Tadawa. Tadawa is designed to be used with common sense and in connection with the advice of your doctor or healthcare provider. Reliance on Tadawa Services is solely at your own risk. Some services may be or have been provided by third parties directly and are not reviewed or certified by Tadawa. We cannot guarantee that the Services will help you achieve any specific goals or results.

Tadawa does not guarantee the accuracy of Third Party Services.

Tadawa has no editorial control over or responsibility for services provided by third parties and any opinions, statements, products or other information expressed or made available by third parties or users on Tadawa are those of such third parties or users. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, statement or other information provided by any third party, and do not represent or warrant that your use of the content displayed or referenced on Tadawa will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Tadawa.

You are responsible for your use of our Mobile Features.

The platforms available via the Apps offer features and services available to you via your mobile phone or other mobile devices. These features and services may include the ability to upload content, receive messages, download applications to your mobile phone, or access other features (collectively, the “Mobile Features”). Standard messaging, data, and other fees may be charged by your carrier. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain Mobile Features, and certain Mobile Features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues. As applicable, instructions regarding how to opt-out of Mobile Features will be disclosed in connection with Mobile Features. The instructions will typically require you to text a keyword (such as “STOP,” “CANCEL,” “END,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “QUIT,” etc.) to the applicable shortcode for the Mobile Feature, or to change your profile settings inside the Apps.

You agree to notify Tadawa of any changes to your mobile number and update your account(s) to reflect this change. You agree that we may send you limited personal information by email, SMS, and mobile telephone notification.

Mandatory Removal of Content and Services

If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use tadawa automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the content.

إذا قمت بانتهاك أي من هذه الشروط والأحكام، فسينتهي التصريح لك باستخدام tadawa تلقائياً ويجب عليك اتلاف أي نسخ تحتفظ بها على الفور من أي جزء من المحتوى.

Any content uploaded by the Service Providers remains the property of their owners. By using Tadawa, Service Providers grant us a license to use their content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Tadawa owns all right, title and interest in and any intellectual property rights in its services. You will not have any ownership in or license to any such rights.

By using Tadawa, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data and Users’ personal and medical data in accordance with Tadawa’s Privacy Policy.  By using Tadawa, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or update Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of Tadawa after changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.

When you use action-oriented features on Tadawa (including subscribing to a checklist or participating in a Virtual Consult), you agree that Tadawa may send you automatically via e-mail, mobile telephone, or other contact information provided by you in your account settings, content including but not limited to, reminders relating to health checklists or doctor recommended actions for you. As a result, the content in those reminders may contain protected health information, including content related to conditions, treatments, and medications. You understand and agree that by using these features, you are opting to receive your own protected health information by email, SMS, or mobile telephone notification, which is not secure. You also understand and agree that by receiving such protected health information by e-mail, SMS, or mobile telephone notification, you will be charged by your wireless or internet provider and that such e-mails, SMS, or mobile telephone notification may be generated by an automated dialing system. You control the utility, and the privacy, of the reminders you receive. In your account settings, you can control what information is sent to you, and where it’s sent, and you can unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving reminders via email, SMS or mobile telephone notification, or any of them. If you prefer not to receive personal information by email or mobile notification, you agree to update your account notification settings.

Tadawa or its affiliates may contact you by short messages and/or emails from time to time regarding your account or the Services to provide appointment reminders, service announcements, privacy notices, administrative messages and other communications about the Services.

قد تقوم Tadawa أو الشركات التابعة لها بالاتصال بك من وقت لآخر عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة و/أو رسائل البريد الإلكتروني بخصوص حسابك أو الخدمات لغايات توفير خدمات التذكير بالمواعيد وإعلانات الخدمة وإشعارات الخصوصية والرسائل الإدارية وغيرها من الاتصالات حول الخدمات.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and providing your telephone number and email address to us or our affiliates, you: (i) consent to receive short messages and/or emails from or on behalf of Tadawa or any of its affiliates; and (ii) acknowledge and agree that your information may be processed in accordance with, and you are to be bound by, our Privacy Policy.

بالموافقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام وتزويدنا أو تزويد الشركات التابعة لنا برقم هاتفك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني فإنك: (1) توافق على تلقي رسائل قصيرة و/أو رسائل بريد إلكتروني من أو بالنيابة عن Tadawa أو أي من الشركات التابعة لها و (2) تقر وتوافق على أنه قد تتم معالجة معلوماتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا وأنه يجب عليك الالتزام بها.

  1. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or Services under certain circumstances, including but not limited to, violations of these Terms and Conditions, Practice of Notice, and/or Privacy Policy.

  1. Tadawa is not for medical care:

Whenever we use the words “your physician” or “your doctor” or “healthcare provider” or similar words on Tadawa, including in these Terms and Conditions, we mean your personal doctor with whom you have of an actual, mutually acknowledged doctor-patient relationship (or the same kind of formal, real-world relationship between you and your personal professional healthcare provider) within the world. You acknowledge that the Service Providers on Tadawa are not “your” doctor, physician, or healthcare provider. When you participate in a Virtual Consult on Tadawa, you understand and agree that any Service Provider on Tadawa are not your primary care physician. Where available to you, you may use Tadawa for virtual consults with your existing doctor(s).

We Don’t Provide Personal Diagnosis, Treatment or Prescriptions (Tadawa):

Interactions on Tadawa do not constitute the practice of medicine and consultations cannot be used for providing a formal medical diagnosis, for a physical examination, for obtaining prescriptions, or for treatment. Do not use Tadawa or Services to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

التفاعلات على Tadawa لا تشكل ممارسة طبية ولا يمكن استخدام الاستشارات لتقديم تشخيص طبي رسمي أو فحص جسدي أو الحصول على الوصفات الطبية أو العلاج. لا تقم باستخدام Tadawa أو الخدمات لتشخيص حالة طبية أو علاجها.

Tadawa may be used for limited medical care (as appropriate):

On Tadawa, as available and appropriate for virtual consults, diagnosis and prescriptions are available.

  1. Limitation of Our Liability

Tadawa provides a platform for connecting Users with the Service Providers. therefore, any mistakes, including but not limited to the Service Provider’s failure to adhere to appointments, technical mistakes in providing the service, medical malpractice, or medical errors, are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider, and Tadawa does not carry any responsibility for such errors and mistakes.

توفر Tadawa منصة لربط المستخدمين بمقدمي الخدمة. ولذلك فإن أي أخطاء، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر عدم التزام مقدم الخدمة بالمواعيد أو الأخطاء الفنية في تقديم الخدمة أو المخالفات الطبية أو سوء الممارسة الطبية، هي مسؤولية مقدم الخدمة وحده ولا تتحمل Tadawa أي مسؤولية عن مثل هذه الأخطاء والأغلاط.

Service Providers and Users acknowledge that Tadawa is not a medical Service Provider, and Tadawa is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by Service Providers to Users or any third parties.

يقر مقدمو الخدمة والمستخدمين بأن Tadawa ليست مقدم خدمة طبية وأن Tadawa ليست مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة يسببها مقدمو الخدمة للمستخدمين أو أي طرف ثالث.

Users agree to release Tadawa, its owners, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, demands arising relating to:

يوافق المستخدمون على إعفاء Tadawa ومالكيها والشركات التابعة لها ومسؤوليها ووكلائها وموظفيها من أي مطالبات أو طلبات تنشأ من المستخدمين أو أي أطراف ثالثة تتعلق بما يلي:

  • Any errors or mistakes in the services provided by Service Providers.
  • أي أخطاء أو أغلاط في الخدمات المقدمة من قبل مقدمي الخدمة.
  • The failure of Service Providers to adhere to scheduled appointments.
  • عدم التزام مقدمي الخدمة بالمواعيد المحددة.
  • Technical errors in the provision of services.
  • الأخطاء الفنية في تقديم الخدمات.
  • Medical errors/ Medical Malpractice by Service Providers.
  • الأخطاء الطبية/ سوء الممارسة الطبية من قبل مقدمي الخدمة.
  • Any other mistakes, errors, malpractice made by Service Providers.
  • أي أخطاء أو أغلاط أو سوء الممارسة أخرى يرتكبها مقدمو الخدمة.

  1. Payment Terms:

Users of Tadawa acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the payment for services:

يقر مستخدمو Tadawa ويوافقون على الشروط التالية المتعلقة بالدفع مقابل الخدمات:

  • Users must pay for services through the payment process provided by Tadawa. Payment details and methods will be outlined in the App’s instructions.
  • يجب على المستخدمين الدفع مقابل الخدمات من خلال طرق الدفع التي تحددها Tadawa. سيتم توضيح تفاصيل وطرق الدفع في تعليمات التطبيق.
  • Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Tadawa reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment information is inaccurate or outdated.
  • يوافق المستخدمون على تقديم معلومات دفع دقيقة ومحدثة. تحتفظ Tadawa بالحق في تعليق الخدمات أو إنهائها إذا كانت معلومات الدفع غير دقيقة أو منتهية.
  • Users understand and agree that any services will not be provided until payment has been successfully processed.
  • يفهم المستخدمون ويوافقون على أنه لن يتم تقديم أي خدمات حتى تتم معالجة الدفعة بنجاح.
  • The cost of services, including any fees or charges, will be clearly communicated to Users during the booking process. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the total cost before confirming a service booking.
  • سيتم إبلاغ المستخدمين بوضوح بتكلفة الخدمات، بما في ذلك أي رسوم أو تكاليف أثناء عملية الحجز. يتحمل المستخدمون مسؤولية مراجعة التكلفة الإجمالية وقبولها قبل تأكيد حجز الخدمة.
  • Tadawa does not provide any refunds to users except in the event of mistakes and errors caused by Tadawa based on Tadawa’s sole discretion and decision.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through Amman Court (the Palace of Justic – Amman, Jordan).

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. يتم حل أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بهذه الشروط والأحكام من قبل محكمة عمان (قصر العدل - عمان، الأردن).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions periodically without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on Tadawa Application and will be effective from the date of publication.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • قابلية الفصل: إذا تبين أن أي بند من هذه الشروط والأحكام غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فستبقى الأحكام المتبقية سارية النفاذ والمفعول بشكل كامل.
  • Waiver: The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not waive our right to do so later.

  • Service Providers utilizing or featured on Tadawa are not employees. Any opinions, advice, or information expressed by any such individuals are those of the individual and the individual alone and they do not reflect the opinions of Tadawa. Tadawa does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on Tadawa or by a licensee of Tadawa.
  • مقدمو الخدمة الذين يستخدمون أو يظهرون على Tadawa ليسوا موظفين. أي آراء أو نصائح أو معلومات يعبر عنها أي من هؤلاء الأفراد وآرائهم وحدهم، ولا تعكس آراء Tadawa. لا توصي Tadawa أو تنسب بأي اختبارات أو أطباء أو منتجات أو إجراءات أو آراء أو معلومات أخرى محددة قد يتم ذكرها في Tadawa أو من قبل المرخص له من قبل Tadawa.
  • The inclusion of professionals and specialists on Tadawa or in any professional directory on Tadawa does not imply recommendation or endorsement of such professional nor is such information intended as a tool for verifying the credentials, qualifications, or abilities of any professional contained therein. TADAWA SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANYONE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY ANY PARTY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY — USER) IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION ABOUT PROFESSIONALS AND SPECIALISTS. The use of Tadawa by any entity or individual to verify the credentials of professionals or specialists is prohibited.
  • إن شمول المتخصصين والأخصائيين في Tadawa أو في أي دليل للمتخصصين على Tadawa لا يتضمن التوصية أو التنسيب بهؤلاء المتخصصين ولا يُقصد من هذه المعلومات أن تكون أداة للتحقق من أوراق الاعتماد أو المؤهلات أو القدرات الخاصة بأي متخصص موجود فيها. لن تكون TADAWA مسؤولة بأي حال من الأحوال تجاهك أو تجاه أي شخص عن أي قرار أو إجراء تم اتخاذه من قبل أي طرف (بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أي مستخدم) بالاعتماد على المعلومات حول المتخصصين والأخصائيين. يحظر استخدام Tadawa من قبل أي كيان أو فرد لغايات التحقق من أوراق اعتماد المتخصصين أو الأخصائيين.
  • All opinions and statements expressed by the Service Providers on or through Tadawa are solely the individuals, and independent opinions and statements of such individuals and do not reflect the opinions of Tadawa, its affiliates, or any other organizations or institutions to which such Service Provider or such specialist or professional is affiliated or provides services.
  • جميع الآراء والبيانات التي يعبر عنها مقدمو الخدمة في Tadawa أو من خلالها هي مجرد آراء وبيانات فردية ومستقلة لهؤلاء الأفراد ولا تعكس آراء Tadawa أو الشركات التابعة لها أو أي منظمات أو مؤسسات أخرى ممن يرتبط بهم مزود الخدمة أو الأخصائي أو المتخصص أو يقدم خدمات لهم.
  • The services and features mentioned in these Terms and Conditions may not all be available on the App at the time of its launch, as Tadawa reserves the right to introduce those services and features on the App gradually.
  • إن الخدمات والميزات المحددة في هذه الشروط والأحكام قد لا يتم طرحها جميعها على التطبيق بتاريخ تشغيله، حيث يحق لـ Tadawa طرح تلك الخدمات والميزات على  التطبيق بشكل تدريجي.
